Find the essential steps for signing in, generating a report, reopening saved work, and resolving the most common client issues.

Getting Started

What you need before you begin

Use this page when you need a fast path into the product, not a long manual.

  1. 1Sign in with your username or email and password.
  2. 2Open New strategy to start a new report.
  3. 3Enter the required details in Strategy Inputs and choose your platforms in Advance Channel Planning.
  4. 4Select Generate strategy and wait for the report to open automatically.

Main Task

Create a strategy report

This is the primary workflow clients use inside Social Stratify.

Add the required client details

Complete Client / business name, Industry, Website URL, and Market. You can also add Additional Information if there is a specific point you want the report to lightly consider.

Set the planning window

Choose the Quarter, set the Year, and select at least one option under Social platforms.

Start generation

Select **Generate strategy**. A progress bar appears while the report is being created.

Review the finished report

When generation finishes, Social Stratify opens the completed report automatically.

Return to saved work later

Open Dashboard to find saved reports, review past work, and reopen any report from your workspace.

Successful completion looks like this: the report opens automatically after generation, and the finished report is available again later in Dashboard.

Common Problems

The issues most likely to block normal use

These are based on the current sign-in flow, form validation, generation flow, and saved-report workspace.

You cannot sign in

Likely reason: The username, email, or password does not match an active account, or the sign-in request needs to be retried.

What to do: Try again with the exact username or email and password you were given. If you still see **Unable to start your session**, use the contact options below.

The form will not submit

Likely reason: A required field is missing, no platform is selected, or the website address is not a valid `http` or `https` URL.

What to do: Check **Client / business name**, **Industry**, **Website URL**, **Market**, and **Social platforms**. If needed, add the full website address such as `https://example.com`.

Generation stops before a report opens

Likely reason: The request hit a temporary generation issue or the workspace does not have report access available.

What to do: Retry the generation if the page offers a retry action. If you see a message about report access or an error ID, contact your workspace owner or the Social Stratify team.

You cannot find an older report

Likely reason: The report may be in **Dashboard**, but you are looking from the new-report page.

What to do: Open **Dashboard** to review saved strategy reports and select **Open report** on the item you need.

If you only need one detail, start here.

A generation progress indicator appears. When the report finishes, the app opens the completed strategy automatically.

Yes. The new-report workspace states that reports are saved automatically, and saved reports appear in Dashboard.

Open **Dashboard** to review saved strategy reports and reopen any report in your workspace.

If your workspace allows exports, open a saved report and use **Print / Save as PDF** or **Download PowerPoint**.

Social Stratify can be set up with workspace report limits. If you see an access or report-limit message, contact your workspace owner or the Social Stratify team.
